When Axium Infrastructure transfers personal information to our service providers, we ensure, by contract or by application of the laws applicable to the professional order of the service providers, that the personal information transferred is used only for the purposes for which the service provider was engaged and that it benefits from the same level of protection as ours. Our service providers can be located anywhere in the world.

You have the right to request access to your personal data and to correct or de-index it. You can also withdraw your consent by contacting us, but this may affect our ability to provide our services to you.

Please note that this policy is subject to change at any time.  We undertake to put on our Platform all amended versions of this policy.

Please note that some of our activities are in connection with business relationships with persons located in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) respectively and that in this respect the regulations of these jurisdictions (including in the United Kingdom the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data Protection Act,  Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/419)” and in the EEA Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (often referred to as the “UK GDPR” in the United Kingdom and the “GDPR” in the EEA) establish rules applicable exclusively to the processing of personal information of individuals located in the relevant jurisdiction. Where the terms of application of the UK GDPR or the GDPR described apply to personal information collected, used, disclosed or retained by Axium Infrastructure, the provisions of the UK GDPR or the GDPR shall take precedence over this policy in the event of a conflict.
