JULY 23, 2025 – AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE AND ITS EQUITY PARTNERS SELL 100% OF MIDDLETOWN ENERGY CENTER TO ARCLIGHT CAPITAL

New York, NY – Axium Infrastructure (Axium), along with Guggenheim Investments, on behalf of its investors, and other equity partners announced today that they have reached an agreement to sell their respective equity interests in Middletown Energy Center (“Middletown”, “MEC”), a 478 MW natural gas fired power generation asset located in Butler County, Ohio to affiliates of ArcLight Capital Partners.

MARCH 24, 2025 – AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE ACQUIRES ADDITIONAL INTEREST IN REGULATED ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION PROVIDER IN TEXAS

New York, NY – Axium Infrastructure (Axium) is pleased to announce that one of its managed Funds acquired an additional 34.3% stake in Wind Energy Transmission Texas, LCC (WETT or the Company). Axium initially invested in WETT in July 2020, and now owns 100% of the Company. WETT is a regulated electric transmission provider in West Texas, owning and operating 415 circuit miles of transmission lines and twelve switching stations. Its network spans approximately 20,000 square miles across thirteen counties and connects over 3,500 MW of wind and solar energy.

DECEMBER 20, 2024 – AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE FINALIZES THE ACQUISITION OF AN EQUITY INTEREST IN TWO OPERATIONAL WIND PROJECTS

Toronto, ON – Axium Infrastructure (Axium) is pleased to announce that one of its managed funds, together with Nova Scotia Pension Services Corporation (NS Pension), have finalized the acquisition of a 49% interest in a portfolio of two operational wind projects from Capital Power Corporation (Capital Power). The 246 MW portfolio comprises the 142 MW Quality Wind Project located in British Columbia and the 104 MW Port Dover and Nanticoke Wind Project located in Ontario. 100% of the power produced by the projects is sold to BC Hydro and the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) under long-term Power Purchase Agreements.

The 246 MW portfolio comprises the 142 MW Quality Wind Project located in British Columbia and the 104 MW Port Dover and Nanticoke Wind Project located in Ontario. 100% of the power produced by the projects is sold to BC Hydro and the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) under long-term Power Purchase Agreements.

SEPTEMBER 25, 2024 – AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE ACQUIRES 80% EQUITY INTEREST IN REGULATED TRANSMISSION FACILITIES TO BE BUILT IN ONTARIO

Toronto, ON – Axium Infrastructure (Axium) is pleased to announce that one of its managed funds has acquired an 80% equity interest in PUC Transmission LP (PUC TransCo), a regulated transmission utility established to construct and operate a greenfield transformation station and transmission line project located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (collectively, the “Project”). PUC TransCo is owned in partnership with the public utility of Sault Ste. Marie, PUC Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie.

JULY 3, 2024 – AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE SELLS ITS INTEREST IN THE COACHELLA PROJECT TO ITS PARTNER THE MORONGO BAND OF MISSION INDIANS

New York, NY – Axium Infrastructure is pleased to announce that it has sold one of its managed funds’ 49% interest in Morongo Transmission LLC, a joint venture with the Morongo Band of Mission Indians that owns a leasehold interest in 62% of the transfer capacity of the West of Devers Upgrade Project, to the Morongo Band. Axium had invested in this construction project in March 2019 and commercial operations began in 2021. The project, which runs from the Palm Springs area into the LA basin and increased capacity on an existing line from 1.6GW to 4.8GW, has been critical to California in reaching its goals of obtaining 50% of its electricity from renewable sources by 2025, 60% by 2030, and 100% by 2045.

JUNE 18, 2024 – AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE ACQUIRES EQUITY INTEREST IN 100 MW OPERATIONAL WIND PROJECT

Toronto, ON – Axium Infrastructure (Axium) is pleased to announce that one of its managed funds, together with Nova Scotia Pension Services Corporation (NS Pension), have acquired a 50% equity interest in the 100 MW Cedar Point II Wind Project located in Ontario from Fiera Infrastructure Inc. (Fiera Infrastructure). 100% of the power produced by the project is sold to the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) under a 20-year Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

JANUARY 11, 2024 – AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTS IN PHASE 1B OF THE EDWARDS SANBORN SOLAR STORAGE FACILITY

New York City – Axium Infrastructure (‘’Axium’’), via one of its managed funds, is pleased to announce an additional investment in the Edwards Sanborn facilities. In October 2022, Axium had acquired an interest in Edwards Sanborn 1A (ES1A), a solar plus storage facility from Terra-Gen, and is now acquiring, along with a Limited Partner and co-investor, a 50% interest in Edwards Sanborn 1B (ES1B). The ES1B Solar + Storage facility is composed of 410 MWac1 (megawatts, alternating current) of nameplate solar capacity and 1,497 MWh (megawatt hours) of battery storage.
