July 11, 2016 – EDF Renewable Energy and Axium Infrastructure enter into an agreement to partner on Slate Creek Wind Project

New York, NY and San Diego, CA – Axium Infrastructure (Axium) and EDF Renewable Energy (EDF RE) announced today that a consortium led by Axium has executed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire a 50% ownership interest in the Slate Creek Wind Project. The transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent.
