FEBRUARY 13, 2023 – AXIUM INFRASTRUCTURE AND AGECARE UK ACQUIRE PORTFOLIOS OF REGULATED RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES IN ENGLAND
London, England – Axium Infrastructure (Axium) is pleased to announce the acquisition, by one of its managed funds in Europe, of seven residential care homes in England, comprising a total of 322 beds. This transaction was executed via a joint venture partnership with the UK affiliate of AgeCare, an existing North American partner, with whom Axium already owns and manages multiple properties in Canada. An affiliate of AgeCare UK will be the operator of the facilities.
